- Ministry that provides meaningful celebrations of liturgical and para-liturgical activities, public devotion and Church music relevant in deepening of the faith of the churchgoers.

- Functions & Responsibilities
- Identifies various liturgical and para-liturgical events for the Shrine that would enrich the spirituality of the churchgoers.
- Prepares the quarterly and monthly service schedule of volunteers, including special masses.
- Assigns volunteers in leading the liturgical & para-liturgical activities of the Shrine, such as Holy Hour, Praying of the Holy Rosary, and seasonal church activities including Lent, Easter, Fiesta & Christmas.
- Monitors the attendance of volunteers on Shrine’s liturgical, para-liturgical and recreational activities.
- Coordinates individual or groups responsible for accomplishing a given activity, in coordination with the Shrine Rector.
- Composition
- A chairperson appointed by Shrine Rector and 5 members ideally the coordinators of each Shrine organization:
- Special Ministers of the Holy Communion
- Lectors & Commentators Guild
- Ladies of the Altar
- Servants of the Altar
- Music Ministry & others that the Office of the Rector appoints.
- A chairperson appointed by Shrine Rector and 5 members ideally the coordinators of each Shrine organization:
- Term of Office
- One year subject to renewal and unless the Office of the Rector does otherwise.
