SPECIAL (SOLO) BAPTISM (Every SATURDAY and SUNDAY)

Time Slots:
Morning: 8:45am, 9:30am, 10:15am and 11:00am
Afternoon: 2:00pm, 2:45pm, 3:30pm and 4:15pm
- Schedule of baptism is a “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS”. A one week temporary reservation will be accepted, however, confirmation should be made within the one week period. RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE MADE PERSONALLY. Failure to confirm would mean cancellation of the reservation in favor of others who may want to avail the same slot.
- Upon confirmation of the temporary reservation, submission of the requirements and payment is needed.
- Baptismal Rate is Php. 2,500.00 inclusive of Baptismal Garment and One Pair of Principal Sponsors. Additional sponsors other than the official pair will be charged Php.100.00 each. Candles for the sponsors will be provided by the church.
- Baptismal fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- ALL NINONGS and NINANGS should be ROMAN CATHOLIC and LEGAL AGE.
- REQUIREMENTS:
– Photocopy of CHILD’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE – PSA Copy or Certified True Copy. (original copy must be presented for verification)
– Photocopy of Parent’s MARRIAGE CONTRACT – PSA Copy or Certified True Copy. (original copy must be presented for verification)
– PARISH PERMIT with PARISH SEAL from the Parish Church near the residence of the child to be baptize.]
– Photocopy of BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE of the Principal Sponsors.
