(During Pandemic)

1. Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
   • Wednesday (Beginning May 2022) – Novena Mass – Our Lady of Perpetual Help – 6:30 PM
   • Friday – 6:00 PM
   • Saturday Anticipated Mass: 5:30 PM
   • Sunday: 9:00 AM, 10:30 PM, & 5:30 PM
   • Special Masses and other Liturgical Activities: Schedule upon advisory on our Official FB Page
2. Weddings
   Applications must be filed at least two months prior to the wedding date and all canonical documents must be completed upon application. For more Wedding Information, click here.
3. Baptism
   Application must be filed at least two weeks prior to the actual date of baptism. For more Baptismal Information, click here.
4. Confession
   Schedule must be arranged with the Shrine’s Office depending on the priest’s availability.
5. Sick Call
   Schedule must be arranged with the Shrine’s Office ahead of time to check the availability of priest.
6. House Blessing
   Schedule must be arranged with the Shrine’s Office at least a week prior to the actual date of blessing.
7. Counseling
   Schedule must be arranged with the Shrine’s Office ahead of time.
